Scheduling and Delivery
- Sessions run 4 hours with one 15-minute break; standard slots are 9am–1pm or 1pm–5pm local time
- The Two-Day Workshop runs on consecutive days; the Accelerator and Rollout Program run a Tue/Thu rhythm so your team practices on real work between sessions
- Virtual sessions are timezone-matched; onsite delivery is included in listed prices within our metro, with travel beyond it billed at cost
Payment Terms
- Half-Day, Two-Day, and Accelerator: 50% deposit to book, 50% on completion
- Rollout Program and Enterprise: 40% to book, 30% at midpoint, 30% at the 30-day review
- Enterprise: net-30 invoicing available on a PO
Founding pricing: these rates increase 20–30% once our first measured-results case studies are published. Early clients lock in current rates — and get told exactly that, because that’s how we’d want to be sold to.
Pricing FAQ
Why is training split into 4-hour days instead of full days?
Because hands-on tool training degrades sharply after hour four — for participants and instructor alike. You’re paying for what your team retains, not for hours in a room. Vendors who bill 8-hour training days are billing, not teaching.
Does the price include participant Claude licenses?
No — each participant needs their own Claude Pro subscription or higher (see Anthropic’s plans). We cover the Team vs Enterprise plan tradeoffs on your intake call.
What does the per-seat cost work out to?
At capacity: $292/seat for the Half-Day, $280/seat for the Two-Day Workshop, $500/seat for the Accelerator, and $360/seat for the Rollout Program — with the deeper formats including support, governance, and measurement that per-seat classes don’t.
Can we start small and upgrade?
Yes — the most common path is an Executive Briefing ($1,800) or Half-Day Intensive first, with the fee experience informing which full format fits. Many teams also start with the free course individually before booking anything.
Is there a discount for nonprofits or education?
Ask on your intake call — we handle these case by case rather than publishing a blanket rate.
