How it runs
We never train more than 4 hours a day — because your team stops learning after that. Vendors who bill 8-hour days are billing, not teaching.

- Setup, orientation, and picking the right first task from each person’s real work
- Hour 2
- Everyone runs their own task end to end, with help at the point of confusion
- Hour 3
- Turning one-off results into repeatable workflows; the prompt patterns that survive contact with real work
- Hour 4
- Failure modes, when not to use it, and each person’s next-two-weeks plan
What’s included
- Pre-session setup guide so nobody spends session time installing software
- Every participant builds a real workflow from their own job — not a demo dataset
- Session recording (virtual delivery)

Logistics & scheduling
- Sessions run 4 hours with one 15-minute break; standard slots are 9am–1pm or 1pm–5pm local time.
- Virtual sessions are timezone-matched to your team.
- On-site delivery is included in the listed price within our home metro; travel beyond it is billed at cost.
- We take a maximum of two client sessions a day, so the session you booked gets a rested trainer.
Payment & booking
Full amount at booking by bank transfer or invoice. Your training date is held for 5 business days while your transfer arrives. Prefer 50/50 terms? Ask before you book and we will invoice it that way.
Need to move your date? Tell us at least 10 business days before the session and we will reschedule once at no charge. Inside 10 business days we will always try, but a re-booking fee may apply. Full terms are on our Terms page.
These are founding prices. A 20–30% increase is planned once we have our first five measured-results testimonials — early clients are told honestly that they are getting founding pricing.
