1. Who we are
This website, claudecoworktraining.com, is operated by Metamorfeus LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at:
Metamorfeus LLC
30 N Gould St Ste R
Sheridan, WY 82801
USA
In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Metamorfeus LLC. We decide why and how your personal information is used.
Contact us about anything on this page, including any request about your data: info@claudecoworktraining.com
2. The short version
We sell training to businesses. We collect what we need to book you, deliver the session, and invoice you — and not much else. We take payment by bank transfer, so we never see or store card numbers. We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.
3. Where we sell
We sell to customers in the United States and in most other countries. We do not sell to customers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the wider European Economic Area, and our checkout does not accept orders with a billing address in those countries.
4. What we collect, and why
4.1 When you buy something
To take an order and invoice you, WooCommerce collects and stores:
- your name and email address
- your company name (required — this is a business store) and, if you give it, your tax ID
- your billing address, and your phone number if you choose to give it
- what you ordered, the amount, the order date, and the order status
- anything you type into the “preferred training dates / anything we should know” box
We need this to provide what you bought and to keep proper invoicing and accounting records.
There is no card form anywhere on this site. Payment is by bank transfer, so your card details never reach us — because they never exist here.
4.2 When you contact us or request a proposal
Your name, work email, company, and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it to reply and, if it becomes a booking, to deliver the work.
4.3 When you subscribe to the newsletter
Your email address, so we can send you what you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate and permanent.
4.4 When you attend training
- Attendance and completion records, so we can issue certificates of completion.
- Session recordings for virtual delivery. Participants are told at the start of the session that recording is happening. Recordings are shared with the client organisation for internal use. If a client asks us not to record, we do not record.
- Your working material stays yours. Whatever your team brings into a session — documents, data, workflows — belongs to you. We do not keep copies after an engagement ends, we do not use it to train anything, and we never reuse it as material for another client. Section 11 of our Terms says the same thing as a contractual promise.
4.5 When you just visit
- Standard server logs kept by our host — IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps — which exist for security and troubleshooting.
- Analytics. See section 5.
5. Cookies and analytics
- Essential cookies. WooCommerce sets cookies to remember what is in your cart and to keep your session working through checkout. The site cannot function without them.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics, via the Google Site Kit plugin, to see which pages are actually useful — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what leads people to book. We use it in aggregate; we are not trying to identify you individually.
- Caching. Our LiteSpeed cache may set a technical cookie so the right version of a page is served. It does not identify you.
How to refuse analytics. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, use your browser’s tracking-protection features, or install Google’s official Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking essential cookies will break checkout.
6. Who else sees it
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the services we need to run the business:
| Who | What for |
|---|---|
| Hostinger | Website and database hosting, backups, email, and the newsletter tool (Hostinger Reach) |
| Analytics and Search Console, via Site Kit | |
| Our bank | Receiving payments and issuing refunds |
| Our accountant | Invoicing, bookkeeping and tax filing |
| Our video-conferencing provider | Running virtual sessions and storing recordings. We name the platform in your booking confirmation. |
Each of these is bound by contract and may only use your data to provide its service to us.
We will also disclose information where the law requires it — for example a valid court order or a lawful request from a government authority.
7. Where your information is held
We are a United States company, and your information is processed in the United States. Our website and database are hosted by Hostinger, which operates data centres in several regions.
8. How long we keep it
| Information | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Orders, invoices and accounting records | 7 years |
| Enquiries that did not become bookings | 24 months, then deleted |
| Newsletter subscription | Until you unsubscribe |
| Session recordings | 12 months, then deleted — sooner if the client asks |
| Server and security logs | As retained by our host in the normal course |
9. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. Email info@claudecoworktraining.com. We do not charge for this, and we will respond within 30 days.
We cannot delete invoices and accounting records we are legally required to keep — but we will tell you plainly when that is the reason.
9.1 If you are in California
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of anyone under 16. You have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Use the same email address above.
10. Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to the WordPress admin, and to the order data behind it, is limited to the people who need it, using individual accounts and application-scoped credentials rather than shared logins. Backups are taken regularly.
No system is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your information and is likely to put you at risk, we will tell you and the relevant authority within the timescales the law requires.
11. Children
This site is for businesses and working adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
12. Automated decision-making
There is none. Nothing about buying training from us involves an automated decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site rather than hope you notice.
