Description
Who this is for
- Whole departments, or two teams that hand work to each other
- Companies that want workflows still in use a month later, not just a good training day
- Teams where the goal is a shared way of working, not individual experiments
Who this is not for
- Teams that cannot free two consecutive half-days — the overnight gap is the mechanism, not a scheduling convenience
- Groups over 25 — that is a Rollout Program with cohorts
How it runs
We never train more than 4 hours a day — because your team stops learning after that. Vendors who bill 8-hour days are billing, not teaching.
- Day 1, hours 1–2
- Setup, orientation, and each person choosing a real task worth automating
- Day 1, hours 3–4
- Everyone builds and runs their first workflow; the prompt and context patterns behind it
- Overnight
- Assignment: run your new workflow on real work and bring back what broke
- Day 2, hours 1–2
- Fix-it clinic on what actually broke — the highest-value hour of the whole format
- Day 2, hours 3–4
- Harder patterns, shared team conventions, and a written plan for the next 30 days
What’s included
- Pre-session setup guide so nobody spends session time installing software
- Every participant builds a real workflow from their own job — not a demo dataset
- Session recording (virtual delivery)
- Prompt & workflow library handed over to keep
- Certificate of completion
- Overnight assignment between the two days: run your new workflow on real work and bring what broke
- Day 2 opens with a fix-it clinic on those real failures
Logistics & scheduling
- Sessions run 4 hours with one 15-minute break; standard slots are 9am–1pm or 1pm–5pm local time.
- Virtual sessions are timezone-matched to your team.
- On-site delivery is included in the listed price within our home metro; travel beyond it is billed at cost.
- We take a maximum of two client sessions a day, so the session you booked gets a rested trainer.
Payment & booking
$3,500 is charged at checkout — the 50% booking deposit on the $7,000 total. The remaining $3,500 is invoiced on completion.
A 50% booking deposit is charged at checkout by bank transfer or invoice; the balance is invoiced on completion. Your training dates are held for 5 business days while your transfer arrives.
Need to move your date? Tell us at least 10 business days before the session and we will reschedule once at no charge. Inside 10 business days we will always try, but a re-booking fee may apply. Full terms are on our Terms page.
These are founding prices. A 20–30% increase is planned once we have our first five measured-results testimonials — early clients are told honestly that they are getting founding pricing.
