Why Train Your Whole Team — Not Just One Person?
Here’s what happens on almost every team we work with: one person discovers Claude Cowork, gets dramatically faster at their job, and quietly becomes the office AI help desk — while everyone else keeps producing the weekly report by hand. Individual adoption doesn’t transform a team. It just moves the bottleneck onto one overloaded person.
Shared workflows do transform a team. When everyone on a team works from the same context folder, the same workflow library, and the same conventions, Cowork output gets consistent, work stops depending on one person’s tribal knowledge, and the hours saved multiply across every person in the room instead of just one.
What Your Team Will Build During Training
The full curriculum below is the Two-Day Workshop. The Half-Day Intensive covers Blocks 1–2; the Accelerator and Rollout Program go deeper on every block with practice cycles in between.
Day 1, Block 1 — Cowork Foundations
- The mental model: why Cowork acts on files and tools instead of just answering questions
- Setting up Cowork and connecting your first tool
- Completing one real task live, together, from someone’s actual job
Day 1, Block 2 — Real Workflows (hands-on)
- Each participant identifies one recurring task from their own role
- Builds and runs it live during the session — not a demo, their own workflow
- Leaves with something running before Day 1 ends
Overnight — The Real-Work Assignment
- Run your new workflow on actual work between sessions
- Bring what broke — Day 2 opens with a fix-it clinic on real failures, not hypotheticals
Day 2, Block 3 — Team Systems
- Fix-it clinic on the overnight assignment
- Setting up a shared team context folder
- Starting a team workflow library with naming conventions, and establishing who owns what
Day 2, Block 4 — Rollout & Guardrails
- Governance basics: what never goes into Cowork, permissions, review habits
- A 30/60/90-day adoption plan your team can actually follow
- How to measure hours saved so leadership sees the return
Why We Never Train More Than 4 Hours a Day
Every format below caps at four hours of training per day — by design, not by limitation. Hands-on tool training degrades sharply after hour four, for participants and instructor alike. Splitting delivery across days means your team applies what they learned to real work between sessions and comes back with real questions. Vendors who bill 8-hour training days are billing, not teaching.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does Claude Cowork training cost?
The Half-Day Intensive is $3,500, the Two-Day Team Workshop is $7,000, the Team Accelerator is $12,500, and the Rollout Program is $18,000. Enterprise rollouts start at $25,000 and are quoted to your structure. Lighter formats start at $950.
How many people can join a session?
The Half-Day Intensive fits up to 12 participants; the Two-Day Workshop and Team Accelerator fit up to 25. The Rollout Program covers up to 50 people in two cohorts, and Enterprise Rollouts scale by department.
Why is the workshop split across two days instead of one full day?
Retention. Four hours is where hands-on tool learning stops sticking, so the Two-Day Workshop runs two 4-hour mornings with an overnight assignment between them: run your new workflow on real work, and bring what broke. Day 2 opens with a fix-it clinic on those real failures — something a single-day format can’t offer.
Do participants need Claude licenses?
Yes — each participant needs Claude Pro at minimum (see Anthropic’s plans). For team rollouts we typically recommend the Claude Team or Enterprise plan for shared administration; we’ll cover the tradeoffs on your intake call.
Onsite or remote?
Both. Sessions run 9am–1pm or 1pm–5pm local time, timezone-matched for virtual delivery. Onsite delivery is included in listed prices within our metro; travel beyond it is billed at cost.
What results should we expect?
Every participant leaves with a workflow built from their own job, in every format. The Rollout Program additionally delivers a measured hours-saved report at day 30, so leadership sees the return in numbers rather than anecdotes.
Do you offer follow-up support?
The Team Accelerator includes a between-session async support channel; the Rollout Program includes a 30-day review and a 30/60/90-day adoption plan. Past clients can book a Refresher Session ($2,500, 4 hours) covering new features and workflow tune-ups, or an Advisory Retainer ($3,500/month, 3-month minimum) with two 2-hour sessions monthly plus an async Q&A channel.
How does payment work?
Half-Day, Two-Day, and Accelerator formats: 50% deposit to book, 50% on completion. Rollout and Enterprise programs: 40% to book, 30% at midpoint, 30% at the 30-day review. Enterprise clients can arrange net-30 invoicing on a PO.
