We never train more than 4 hours a day — because your team stops learning after that. Vendors who bill 8-hour days are billing, not teaching.

What’s included

  • Pre-session setup guide so nobody spends session time installing software

Logistics & scheduling

  • Sessions run 4 hours with one 15-minute break; standard slots are 9am–1pm or 1pm–5pm local time.
  • Virtual sessions are timezone-matched to your team.
  • On-site delivery is included in the listed price within our home metro; travel beyond it is billed at cost.
  • We take a maximum of two client sessions a day, so the session you booked gets a rested trainer.

Payment & booking

Invoiced monthly by bank transfer, three-month minimum. Arranged through a proposal so the scope and the start date are agreed in writing first.

Need to move your date? Tell us at least 10 business days before the session and we will reschedule once at no charge. Inside 10 business days we will always try, but a re-booking fee may apply. Full terms are on our Terms page.

These are founding prices. A 20–30% increase is planned once we have our first five measured-results testimonials — early clients are told honestly that they are getting founding pricing.
