claudecoworktraining.com exists for one reason: everyone teaches Claude Cowork to individuals, and nobody teaches it to teams. I built the free course, the guides, and the live training programs to close that gap.
Who’s Behind This

I’m Peter Velinov, a hands-on AI implementation practitioner and Claude Certified Architect – Foundations. My day job is running Metamorfeus, an AI automation and security consultancy — which means I don’t teach Cowork from a slide deck; I teach it from the workflows my own company runs on. My working philosophy fits in one sentence: most companies buy AI — I make AI actually work, by turning teams into super performers. I’ve been hands-on with Claude Cowork since its release: first automating my own operations, then building shared workflows with teams, then packaging what worked into the training you’re reading now. I’m experienced delivering transformative training that elevates team performance by an estimated 43% across your bottom-25% performers.* I’m also the author of 100+ AI Transformations: The Lessons Learned and the creator of the Certified AI Transformation Consultant course.
If the name sounds familiar: the example company in the course — Metamorfeus — is a fictionalized version of my own consultancy. The workflows are modeled on how we actually work; every name, number, and document in the course is synthetic. You get realistic training scenarios without anyone’s real data.
Concretely, that means:
- A complete, free 10-lesson course taught interactively inside Claude itself — every lesson run in Cowork before it shipped, not written from documentation.
- A public library of 70 tested prompts and 25 team workflows, open-sourced on GitHub where you can inspect, run, and reuse all of it.
- Live team training programs built on one rule: every participant automates a real task from their own job during the session, and leaves with it running.
- Training that moves the needle where it matters most — in a synthetic Metamorfeus case study modeling this training method, bottom-quartile performers improved their output by an estimated 43%.*
* Estimate based on a synthetic Metamorfeus case study — a modeled 25-person team’s bottom-quartile performers measured before/after a two-day Cowork workshop rollout — used for illustration; not a measured client result and not a guarantee.
We’re early — and I say so. Our first training clients get founding pricing and are told honestly that they’re helping me build my measured-results case studies. What you’ll never find here is an invented testimonial or an inflated number.

Why This Site Exists
Search for Claude Cowork help and you’ll find hundreds of solo tutorials: install it, run a task, save some time. All useful — and all of it stops exactly where the real value starts. One person getting faster doesn’t transform a team; it usually just creates an overloaded office “AI help desk” while everyone else keeps doing the weekly report by hand.
The things that actually change how a team works — shared context folders, a common workflow library, governance rules, an adoption plan, measuring the hours saved — weren’t documented anywhere. So I documented them, put the individual half in a free course, and built live team training around the team half.
How We Teach: The 4-Hour Rule
Every training session we run is capped at four hours per day. Not because we can’t fill eight — because hands-on tool training degrades sharply after hour four, for participants and instructor alike. Our multi-day formats put real work between sessions: you run your new workflow on actual tasks overnight, then we open the next session by fixing whatever broke. Vendors who bill 8-hour training days are billing, not teaching.
Three more rules we train by:
- Real work only. Every participant builds a workflow from their own job during the session. No canned exercises.
- Team systems over party tricks. Shared context folders, naming conventions, and a workflow library outlast any individual prompt.
- Measured, not vibes. Our rollout programs end with an hours-saved report at day 30 — leadership sees a number, not a feeling.
The Free-First Promise
The course, the guides, the workflow library, and the templates are free and stay free — no paywall, ever. The business is live training and rollout programs for teams that want it done with them rather than by themselves. If the free material is all you ever use, that’s a win for both of us.
