What does Claude Cowork training cost?

How many people can join a session?

Half-day intensives fit up to 12 participants, full-day workshops up to 25. For larger teams, the rollout program scales training across departments in phases.

Do participants need Claude licenses?

Yes — each participant needs Claude Pro at minimum (see Anthropic’s plans). For team rollouts we typically recommend the Claude Team or Enterprise plan for shared administration; we’ll cover the tradeoffs on your intake call.

Onsite or remote?

Both. All formats run live-virtual as well as onsite, with the same hands-on structure — every participant builds their own working workflow during the session either way.

What results should we expect?

Most teams leave the session with at least one live workflow already running and a rollout plan for the rest. Time savings vary by role, but our full-day and rollout formats include a measurement template so you can track hours saved over the following 90 days.

Do you offer follow-up support?

The Rollout Program includes a 90-day adoption review and ongoing champions support. Half-day and full-day formats can add follow-up support as an option — ask on your call.
